Not a swimming beach, the lengthy Buenos Aires Beach stretches for mile upon beautiful mile, ending at the rapidly growing Cabo Real Resort.

No sign marks the location, but if you would like a beach all to yourself, enjoy horseback riding in the sand or watching whales cavorting in the months of January to March, visit the deserted Buenos Aires shoreline. Exit Highway 1 at Km. 22 or 24 and follow the old Highway. Look for a dirt road in an arroyo. A four wheel drive vehicle is necessary for access to most of this beach.
There has been much recent construction in this area, access may be difficult.

Excerpt from Los Cabos Magazine Issue #7 - 2001
Great for horseback riding, running or solitude, and definitely not for swimming, lengthy Playa Buenos Aires stretches for several miles within the Cabo Real Resort. The beach borders the ocean finishing holes of Eldorado, the newest Jack Nicklaus championship golf course. Vehicular beach access around the course is impossible; it’s best to try just east of La Concha around Km. 21. Watch for a dirt road or two, as there are no signs. If you do go off track, wear adequate shoes and carry supplies, especially shade and water. Near the Meliá Cabo Real, across the highway by the golf course entrance, is Cuadra San Francisco, with a full stable of first-class horses for beach and desert riding. If you haven’t done this before, riding on the beach is exhilarating. Desert Park ATV tours, with expert guides, is also nearby, next to the Vivero Girasol garden nursery close to the entrance to the Robert Trent Jones II golf course.
